Notes La Romanée, a grand cru vineyard in Burgundy's Vosne-Romanée region, is the smallest AOC in France. It covers just 0.8 hectares (2 acres) of land on the hillside above the famed Romanée-Conti vineyard, and the village of Vosne-Romanée itself. La Romanée is a monopole of Domaine du Comte Liger-Belair, which makes a single Pinot Noir from the tiny vineyard.

Beautifully perfumed with layers of violets, roses and jasmine flowers. The palate has wonderful density and depth combining the structure of a grand cru with fruitiness, ripeness and generosity of flavors.
