Tasting Notes

Colour Pale Strawberry
Nose A fine bouquet defined by fruity notes of raspberry and wild strawberry are predominant.
Palate Ripe strawberry, raspberry, white pepper notes. Crisp, creamy texture finishing wonderfully fresh.
Food Pairing Seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish and goats' cheeses.

Les Vins Bréban
Produced in Brignoles by the Les Vins Breban Family, an owned and operated firm created in 1952, specialising in the wines of provence and premium sparkling wines. The vineyard of 35 hectares is planted in a clay-like, chalky permiam origin, with sandy and particularly with alluvium soils. This particular vineyard is for rosé wines, made up of Grenache, Cinsault, Carignan and Syrah.
Provence wine are from the region of Provence in southeast France. This region has a classic Mediterranean climate. Mild winters are followed by very warm summers with little rainfall. The main grape variety is Mourvèdre, which is the primary component in many red wines and rosés. The Côtes de Provence is the largest Appellation d’origine controlée of the region. The Bandol region near Toulon is internationally renowned for its Rosés.
