Colour Dark Red
Nose Lovely restrained nose. Herbal notes of dried oregano and bay leaf. Blue fruits & hints of violet beautifully supported by tones of old leather.
Palate This wine will only improve with age. Continuing from the nose, dried herbs, blue and red fruits. Fantiastic tanins, fine acid and a wonderful length.
Food Pairing Roast beef, lamb.
Cellaring 10-15 Years
Notes This wine is an excellent example of the best reds that Clare Valley can produce.

Situated in the Mid North of South Australia, approximately 120 km north of Adelaide is one of Australia's oldest wine regions the Clare Valley. The area is broken up into three sub-regions, the Polish Hill River region to the east, the Central Clare Valley, and the Skillogalee Valley to the west.
