Notes Stefano Lubiana is one of the best producers in Tasmania at present, and this Pinot Noir proves why. "Complex nose brings together fresh red and black cherry, poached red fruit, cream, cinnamon and salumi. Lovely sweet Pinot fruit on entry with all the complexity layered through. Integrated and intriguing, with charm and seriousness at once. Very fine, sandy tannins leave ferrous-edged dark-cherry fruit and brown spices clinging. Very long. It combines generous and outright delicious ripe fruit with layers and structure, making it thoroughly compelling as a drink."- Ed Merrison 100% certified biodynamic, estate-grown, single-vineyard Pinot Noir showcasing why Tasmanian wines are in such high demand!

Derwent Valley
Southern Tasmania is known for its rich soils, pristine water and pure air. All perfect factors for producing the finest quality wines. To the north-west of Hobart is the Derwent Valley, where the road follows the beautiful Derwent River through rows of poplars and on to Tasmania’s central highlands and the grandeur of Lake St Clair. With the perfect climate for many varietals, southern Tasmania is rapidly gaining a reputation as Australia’s premier Pinot Noir, Riesling and Sparkling wine producing area.

Pure and charismatic wine here – scents of red cherry, malt, earthiness, undergrowth. Lots going on. Similar flavours tucked into an energetic and svelte profile, good sheath of tannins, excellent length and sense of restraint. Classy wine, pretty to drink, fun to drink. Totally good.
Campbell Mattinson
Pinot noir from one of Tasmania’s best producers.

Outstanding pinot noir. Meaty, spicy, tannic and awash with pure fruit flavour. The full box and dice. Cedarwood, boysenberry, plum, sweet spice, star anise and no doubt more. A seriously well put together pinot, silken and spice-riddled but ripe and flowing.
